Ways to utilize color for balancing the energy centers - creating and cleansing the energetic centers while also setting your boundaries.

Of all the Energetic Boundaries we need to shore up the borders on - the Sacral is the Emotional State of Awareness or Consciousness. It's the Feelings - the Energy of the Moon. Expressing and Validating the Feeling Center needs to be more acknowledged and even massaged.
