What is a ritual? I do rituals as a maintenance every day, in my everyday life. But a ritual is prescription, a medicine administered by the realm of our ancestors or spirit world. Ritual is seen as the lifeblood of a community, so rituals are universal. They are food for our souls and our bodies.

 

What is the purpose of ritual?

The purpose of ritual is to heal the wounds that we encounter in our day-to-day experiences of our everyday life. As well as the ones we carry within us sometimes. Ritual opens the gateway to our needs and desires.
