Maria Riegger is a parenting expert, astrologer, and author. She choreographs positive parenting books, which incorporate astrology, in order to help parents have the best, strongest relationship possible with their children.
Being a Mom who began using astrology including the study of the birth chart, to reparent herself after childhood trauma, including the death of her father, along with narcissistic abuse. In turn, she has used these studies to be a better parent to her son. Maria has written two parenting books and publish regular astrology and parenting content on her YouTube Channel.
Recently, she has launched a trauma recovery program, Thriving After Trauma, which incorporates astrology, to help parents recover from their own childhood trauma.
One of her main tenets is that parents should respect children's intrinsic natures, rather than pressure children to be how the parents want. She calls this tendency parenting from a place of ego, since it is more about fulfilling the parents' ego needs rather that the child's soul needs.

Mayara grew up in Brazil and she had to overcome a very adverse and traumatic childhood. She has a history of physical, mental and sexual abuse that led her into an intense dependency on alcohol, since she was 12 years old. Mayara finally moved to America in her mid-twenties when she started her healing process that continues to evolve every day.
Today, after over a decade of personal healing work and extensive research on trauma healing, sacred plant medicine, meditation, quantum physics, epigenetics and consciousness, Mayara is a Certified Sound Therapist and Holistic Wellness Practitioner, and she uses acoustic sound and holistic practices to help her clients to deeply relax and regulate their nervous system and release energy blocks and emotions that might be trapped somewhere in the body causing mental, physical, and emotional unbalance and distress.
